Hi, I’m Gabriel Velez, founder of Velez Facility Excellence.
I’m a proud graduate of Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, where I earned my degree in Business. At just 23, I’ve always had a deep drive to learn, grow, and build something of my own. Becoming a business owner wasn’t just a dream — it was a goal I’ve worked toward my entire life.
I launched Velez Facility Excellence after noticing a common issue in the commercial cleaning industry: inconsistency. Too often, businesses were left frustrated by unreliable service and lack of communication. I saw an opportunity to raise the bar — to create a cleaning company that’s not just consistent, but committed to excellence in every detail.
Being part of the Hispanic community, I take pride in bringing strong values to my work: integrity, work ethic, and respect. I personally ensure that every client receives service they can count on, communication that’s clear, and results that speak for themselves.
